No more Wandering OPTs!

I know that people like to wander about to do stuff. The only way you can be a wandering OPT is to be an angel or demon. That doesn't mean do this just so that you can be a wandering OPT. We really don't have too many people, so anyone who joins from now on, try to pick being in Recon or Zenom as we need people in there.

This may open up if we get more people to join. But we really need to start getting other positions filled.
